Short version: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. It applies to acesonmobile.com only.
No cookies, no analytics, no contact form — and nothing from third parties that loads on its own: the one video on this site is fetched from YouTube only after you press play (see below). Fonts are served from this site’s own server, not from a font CDN. Legal basis for the processing described here is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Every request is written to a log file: IP address, date and time, the file requested, referrer and browser identification. These logs serve security and troubleshooting, are not merged with other data and are deleted after seven days at the latest.
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, on the Cloudflare Pages platform. Cloudflare processes the log data described above solely on our behalf, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR that includes the EU standard contractual clauses; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Requests are answered from the Cloudflare edge location nearest to you, so a transfer to servers outside the European Union cannot be ruled out. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating this site securely and reliably.
The “Get it on Google Play” badges and the app screenshots are loaded from Google’s image servers when a page is displayed. Google therefore receives your IP address and browser identification — technically necessary to deliver the image, and possibly processed on servers in the United States. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The games page embeds a trailer hosted on YouTube. Until you press play you only see a preview image served from our own server; no connection to YouTube is made. Only that click loads the player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, receives your IP address and browser identification and may set cookies under YouTube’s rules, possibly with processing in the United States. Legal basis is your consent given by that click, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR; the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you would rather not, simply don’t press play. If you write to us, we have what your message contains and keep it until the matter is settled, then for as long as commercial retention rules require. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
