Every request is written to a log file: IP address, date and time, the file requested, referrer and browser identification. These logs serve security and troubleshooting, are not merged with other data and are deleted after seven days at the latest.
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, on the Cloudflare Pages platform. Cloudflare processes the log data described above solely on our behalf, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR that includes the EU standard contractual clauses; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Requests are answered from the Cloudflare edge location nearest to you, so a transfer to servers outside the European Union cannot be ruled out. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating this site securely and reliably.
The “Get it on Google Play” badges and the app screenshots are loaded from Google’s image servers when a page is displayed. Google therefore receives your IP address and browser identification — technically necessary to deliver the image, and possibly processed on servers in the United States. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
If you write to us, we have what your message contains and keep it until the matter is settled, then for as long as commercial retention rules require. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
